When can I start using my subscription?

Immediately after purchasing. Start selecting items to add to your ‘wish list’ by the heart icon on each product. Select a minimum 5 items to activate your subscription.

Can I buy anything from my monthly subscription package?

Yes, enquire to our customer service team info@mywardrobehq.com. Receive 20% off your purchased item from your subscription package.

How long can I keep my items during my membership?

Swap out items every 4 weeks from purchase.

When can I cancel my subscription?

You are required to have 1 full month in the subscription before cancellation. You can cancel your subscription once you returned all items.

What happens when an item in my subscription isn’t available?

If an item is not available in your monthly package, the next best alternative will be selected from your wish list.
